From Hwy 26:: Take the Brookwood Parkway Exit (#61).  Travel South on NW Shute Rd, crossing over Evergreen Pkwy. After crossing over Evergreen Pkwy, you will travel appx 900 feet, get into left hand turn lane and turn onto NE Shute Rd.  Continuing South on NE Shute Rd, you will travel 2.2 miles and dead end into Cornell Rd.  Turn right onto Cornell Rd, travelling appx 1/4 mile, turning into left hand turn lane to Elam Young Pkwy West.  You will travel 1/4 mile south on Elam Young West, turning right onto NE Belknap Crt.  Impact Physical Therapy is located in the Hawthorn Farm Station (building with Clocktower) just east of Hawthorn Farm Athletic Club.

From Baseline: Turn North onto NE 53rd Ave. NE 53rd dead ends into NE Elam Young Pkwy, appx 1/3 mile. Turn left at stop sign, drive 1/3 mile turning left onto NE Belknap Crt.  Impact Physical Therapy is located in the Hawthorn Farm Station (building with Clocktower) just east of Hawthorn Farm Athletic Club.
